His practice focuses on corporate and individual reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, sale or purchase of assets and companies’ negotiations, corporate governance and venture capital.

He previously worked as a corporate lawyer at PwC Chile (2017-2019), and in the corporate and immigration law department of the international law firm PwC Peru (2018-2019).
