Maria Gracia joined our Real Estate practice area, she has more than 12 years of experience in corporate law, with extensive experience in real estate law, labor matters, advice and arbitration in judicial and extrajudicial conflicts, contributing in the growth and development of companies in the health area and in Family Offices of high net worth. Previously, she worked as fiscal in the SANASALUD network of medical centers, being responsible for the legal aspects related to the company, from its creation as a corporation, negotiating and drafting contracts for its start-up and operation, and leading due diligence processes for its growth. She worked as a senior lawyer at Guerrero y Asociados, advising the companies of the group, as well as high net worth external clients who require permanent advice for the development of their businesses. Formerly, she worked as a corporate attorney in the Prosecutor's Office of the Integramédica network of medical centers.
