Jaime has focused his practice on local and international tax matters, advising on asset reorganizations, implementation of tax structures for different businesses and industries; and administrative procedures before the tax authority, among others.

Previously he worked as an associate in the Real Estate area, advising on sales operations, development of real estate projects, leasing, among others.

Before joining the firm, he worked as an associate at Maira Vial Abogados in the Real Estate and Corporate area (2018 – 2021).
