Partner of MBC Abogados since 2021, where she arrived to train and lead the tax area. She has specialised in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring, advising major national and international companies on tax matters.
Previously, she worked as a partner at Barros y Errázuriz (2000-2021), and as a lawyer at Ernst & Young (1998-2000).
